meet a day to remember. they’re screamo. yes, this means they scream sometimes. intriguingly enough though, they’re not all bad, nor all scream. after a friend of mine challenged me to become knowledgeable about screamo, I took some time experimenting with all sorts of different bands. yes, most of them are crap. yes, most of them have the very distinct capability of making your ears bleed. but there are a few good ones in the mix, and this is one of them. besides, screamo sometimes reflects my attitude perfectly.
so take a listen if you dare. otherwise, leave this musician of my hour be. oh, and when you’re having one of those I’d-like-to-scream-my-head-off-into-a-pillow moments, try taking a listen, though preferably in headphones. tell me it doesn’t make you feel just a tad better. (:
